The symposium will have special sessions focused on current and future trends in modern forward error control coding and iterative signal processing. It will include regular papers for oral and poster sessions as well as invited papers. Accepted and presented papers/posters will appear in the symposium proceedings as well as at IEEEXplore (upon final decision by IEEE).
